We honor VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS (no sub-charge) cards from individuals, corporations and government agents. The shipping address should be the same as the billing address.
- CHECKS
We accept personal and business checks. Please allow for checks to be cleared before shipment.
- NET 30 DAYS
We will grant "net 30 days" to pre-qualified customers.
- International orders:
- Wire transfer to our US Account prior to shipment

- We use FedEx Ground Sevice for our standard shipments. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
FedEx terms and conditions apply to all shipments. For details please visit FedEx website.
- Special services, including insurance, Express shipping, Saturday delivery, etc. only upon customer request.
- Collect shipment to the customer's shipping account upon request.
- International shipments via FedEx International Express. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

- Defective goods require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning.
- Defective goods will be replaced or a credit given for future purchases after receipt and inspection.
- Customers agree to ship back at customers' cost ( including proper insurance & packaging ) to I.P.I. to get service.
- Customer error returns and special orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns must be in new condition and in its original package.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We offer 30-days money-back-guaranty for single items for the purpose of compatibility tests.
Returns beyond 30 days will not be permitted.
- Damaged items or missing accessories may be subject to additional charges!
